Vampire Demon ring and Vampirism Hide spell. V1.3

Some feedback i got which describes the reason this mod came about.

When i discovered that vampires were, for all intents and purposes, unplayable
in their original state, i stopped playing MW. I've looked over the existing mods,
but all of them seem geared towards people who want all the pros of being a vampire,
with none of the cons. In my opinion, this defeats the purpose of the vampire.

This mod has me playing the game again. It isn't a perfect solution, but it's the best one out
right now. It allows vampires to interact with commoners, merchants and get quests from factions.
In other words, it makes the vampire a viable character, like it was in Daggerfall. The only curious
side effect(from the ring anyway) was that it negated the effects of exposure to sunlight. I'm not
sure if fixing this will interfere with the function of the ring, but it's something to look into.

On a sidenote, i'd like to say that i'm very disappointed in how Bethesda made the vampires in MW,
especially considering the fact that they left lycanthropes out all together. It's even more curious
since vampires worked fairly well in Daggerfall, except that there wasn't much for them to do AS
vampires. Looks like they fixed that issue, and broke everything else......

Great work, Spooky! You saved my vampire character from simply wandering around Vvardenfall until
the cure quest popped up.

Cheers Kain, you described what this is set to do in a cinch!!

<......What it does......>

Gives all vampires the abilitie to cast a spell to hide
their vampirism, at the cost of some blood (health)
Adds a new BirthSign'The cursed Blood'
Places a ring at the top of the Light House in Seyda Neen.
Hides vampirism but also damages health.
Re-equip the ring and click 'No' to turn off the effects.

:Changes:

v1.4: Upped the damage for the ring, and it also affects you while chat and inv menu's are up.
Both ring and spell only hide vampirism and not sun damage as well.

V1.3: Played round with a script which i noticed might have the potential to loop and continuously
add the Vamipre hide spell to the player.
Also changed a script so it would detect if the vampire was part of a clan and add the spell
	to the player.

V1.2 changes, added a new script and got rid of old changes to game scripts, mod 'shouldnt'
have any problems with being incompatible with other mods

Warning, The Vampire spell will modify the VampireCheck script, this shouldnt conflict with
any mods anymore, as that is the only Original game script that has been
modified. If another plugin changes it, use the Editor to combine them together,
look at both the mods and see what gets changed in 'VampirismCheck'. If the spell dosnt work,
start the script in the console. The script is "vampirismHide" (without quotes).
